STANFORD HEALTH CARE @ VALLEYCARE EXPLORER PROGRAM
GO!  It is totally worth it!
Click HERE for the link to the flier - Thanks Caroline from PM - GHS Class for reminding me!

DID YOU LIKE THE ARTICLE FROM LAST NIGHT?
The College Admissions “Arms Race” will be at Bankhead Theater in Livermore,                               Thursday, November 10th @7:30pm from 16-40 dollars per ticket.

Students and their parents are stressed to the breaking point over getting into college.  Witty and wise,  Julie Lythcott-Haims is a tonic for what ails this generation of kids and parents. While Stanford’s Dean of Freshmen, she became a fierce advocate for students and critical of parental involvement in the day-to-day lives of college students. Her first book, How to Raise an Adult: Break Free of the Overparenting Trap and Prepare Your Kid for Success was a New York Times best seller.  She will offer sound advice on the college application process and alternatives to the college admissions “arms race” frenzy.
